The short version
- Employers decide what personal data goes into IslandsHR. We process it on their behalf to run the service.
- Sensitive fields such as NIS numbers, tax IDs, passport details and bank accounts are encrypted before they are stored.
- Data is hosted in the United Kingdom. Each company's data is kept apart from every other company's.
- This marketing site uses no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts.
