Pricing questions

Before you ask.

Can I use IslandsHR for HR only?

Yes. Every plan is a complete HR product, and payroll is optional. You can use HR for as long as you like and never switch payroll on.

Why is there no price on this page yet?

We would rather quote you accurately than publish a number that does not fit your team. Write to hello@islandshr.com with your headcount and island and we will send a clear figure.

How is the employee limit counted?

The limit is the number of employees in your company account: 25 on Starter, 150 on Professional, no cap on Enterprise. If you grow past a limit, you move up a plan.

Which plan has hiring, offboarding, surveys and report building?

Professional, and Enterprise includes everything in it. Onboarding plans and the Insights page are in Starter. Compensation planning and workflow automation are in Enterprise.

Do the Insights pages need the payroll add-on?

No. Headcount, turnover, absence and the compliance scorecard work without payroll. Labour cost, overtime cost and leave liability in money appear once the payroll module is on, and admins can hide pay figures from HR users.

Is support included?

Yes. Every plan can message the IslandsHR team from inside the app. The contact form on this website also sends your message straight to us.

Can I add payroll later?

Yes. Switch the payroll module on from Settings whenever you are ready. It is free during your trial, and your people records are already in place, so there is nothing to re-enter.

Does the free trial need payment details?

Create your account on the sign-up page and you will see exactly what is asked. The terms explain how the trial and subscriptions work.
